Kate by Nails Inc - The Royal Wedding Collection

I have been obsessed with nude coloured nail varnishes for ages. There has only been one that I feel is just brilliant and that is the colour Kate by Nails Inc!

The nail varnish was made by Nails Inc as part of thier Royal Wedding Collection in April 2011. This collection constituted two different colours, Kate and Will (naturally). Nails Inc based the colour Kate on the Engagement Ring of Kate Middleton. As you can see the packaging depicts this as the top is encrusted with Sapire Blue crystals. Will is a very pigmented dep royal Red. The top is also encrusted with diamontes in a pattern of the Union Jack.

The colour of the Kate nail varnish is nude but with a hint of pink, and a glossy finish. Will is a nice dark Red also with a glossy finish. The packaging is amazing (looks good on your dressing table). The colours are nicely pigmented. The Will colour I would say takes one coat, whereas Kate in comparison takes two coats. Being Nails Inc they dry quickly which is brilliant.

As they are a collection piece they are no longer sold by Nails Inc sadly, however there are identical colours available such as Elizabeth Street by Nails Inc (which is slightly more pink but still a great nude colour) and Victoria and Albert by Nails Inc.
